HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In general, orders typically process within 24 hours and transit time is usually about 15-35 business days (Shipping from china), shipping from American only 5-10 business days. In some extreme situations when post system is hampered,  the shipment time might be longer.  We will have announcement for those situations.

 HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Please contact us by email to let us know your request first and refer to our refund policy. Our email is: oversea_customer@flydigi.com Besides,  cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage. 

 

WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?

Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have man-made damage. 
You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at LHsupport@canyangroup.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS IN TIME?

In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 10 days. Please contact oversea_customer@flydigi.com and we will deal with it immediately.

Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal as forms of payment.

 

Do I NEED A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION?

If a prescription is required for an item in your shopping cart, the system will inform you of requirement.
If the system doesn't inform you , you can buy the item without doctor's prescription.

How to modify the order information after ordering?

Modification is not avaliable after shipment.  However, before your item is shipped, if you need to replace / add / reduce order products, or modify the delivery address, contact information, etc., please contact us by email or Skype before it is shipped.
